At divisionrealtrue, we are committed to delivering high-quality video editing, animation, and visual effects services. Due to the custom nature of our work, all projects are tailored to your specific requirements.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Project cancellation before work begins
- Failure to deliver agreed services within the specified timeframe
- Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
- Material breach of our service agreement on our part
Non-Returnable Services
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, the following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Completed video editing, animation, or visual effects projects that have been delivered and approved
- Projects where substantial work has been completed and delivered, even if not fully approved
- Custom-created content, graphics, or assets specifically designed for your project
- Rush or expedited service fees, once the expedited timeline has been initiated
- Services cancelled due to change of mind after work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing
In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and materials used, at our sole discretion.
Return Costs and Fees
The following applies to return costs and refund processing:
- For service refunds, there are typically no return shipping costs as our services are digital
- Refund processing fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before processing
- Payment processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from refunds, as these are non-refundable third-party charges
- Cancellation fees may apply if a project is cancelled after work has begun, as detailed in the cancellation policy below
- If a refund is requested due to client-provided materials being unusable or project requirements changing significantly, any costs incurred may be deducted from the refund
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us within 14 days of project delivery or service completion (or within 7 days for cancellation requests) at admin@divisionrealtrue.world or call +14083732716. Provide your project details, order number, and reason for the refund request.
Step 2: Review Period
We will review your refund request within 5 business days. During this time, we may request additional information or documentation to process your request.
Step 3: Resolution Attempt
Before processing a refund, we will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or other remedies. If resolution is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will proceed with the refund process.
Step 4: Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Step 5: Project Materials
Upon refund approval, you may be required to return or delete any delivered project materials, source files, or work product, depending on the circumstances of the refund.
Revision Process
We offer revision opportunities to ensure your satisfaction with the final video editing or animation project. Please communicate any concerns or requested changes promptly. The number of included revisions depends on your project package. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a project with divisionrealtrue, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any payments made
- Cancellation after work has begun: Refund amount depends on work completed and may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the project value
- Cancellation after initial delivery: Generally not eligible for refund, but we will work with you to address concerns through revisions
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email within the timeframe specified in your service agreement
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a completed project, please contact divisionrealtrue immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues and reach a satisfactory outcome. If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, please refer to our Terms of Use for dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration options.
Legal Compliance
This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to laws in the United States and California. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by this policy.
