Divisionrealtrue provides video editing, animation, and visual effects services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, the parties agree to resolve such disputes through the following process:
Informal Resolution
First, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other and engaging in good faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days.
Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar mediation service. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Dublin, California, United States. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm. Additionally, disputes involving small claims may be resolved in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction, in addition to these Terms of Use.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
